Users of this website are authorising the transmission of personal data, by the completion of our enquiry form(s).  This data will only be passed onto any advisers selected. 

Your data will be retained for up to 12 months. We reserve the right to contact you at future intervals to seek feedback on the service you may have received from an adviser firm.

When searching for an adviser none of the information entered (e.g postcode) will be kept. If you opt to Email an adviser, or send us an enquiry the information entered will be safely kept in our database and sent to the adviser firm you have requested contact with.

The Retirement Partnership Ltd is not recommending any particular adviser on this site.  We have tried to ensure that adviser information is accurate, however we do ask advisers to ensure that their own information is up to date.  No liability can be taken for errors or omissions, nor any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of reliance on the information provided. The information contained in this website on financial advisers is provided without any warranty as to its accuracy.

When registering your firm on findaretiermentadviser.org.uk all information submitted is enlisted into a secure database. We will use your information to provide potential customers within a certain area with your contact details and services which you can offer them. Registering with findaretirementadviser.org.uk is free at the moment however we reserve all rights to change this in future. Any policy amendments will be explained fully to all organisations and firms on our databases, all firms will have the option to opt out at any time.
